Sleep schedule

I go to sleep from 11-1, and rise at 8 or 9. I consider after 11 late-night, so I am again experiencing late-night hours I hadn’t seen for months, while I was going to sleep at 9 or 10. 

Anyway, I consider this sleep schedule obscene. I do set appointments for early morning to get myself out of bed earlier.
