View from the futon (6-hour days).

I am standardizing my sleep schedule. I’m going back and forth between sleeping six hours and nine hours, every other day. I go to sleep between midnight and 2 AM.

Sometimes I sleep on my bed and sometimes on my futon. The futon is especially helpful for six-hour days, when I don’t want my sleep to be too comfortable.
